Bloomfield Archers, founded in the 1930s, is New Jersey's oldest continuing archery club.
Bloomfield Archers is active from April through October at the outdoor archery field in Brookdale Park, Bloomfield, N.J. The club has an exclusive arrangement with Essex County to lease the field. The club houses equipment, including target butts and stands, in a building adjacent to the field for the exclusive use of members. The club hosts weekly "Sunday Shoots" that are open to all archers. More information can be found under the Schedule tab. In addition, Bloomfield Archers is the host of the Gold Cup, the New Jersey Outdoor State Archery Championships and the Garden State Games.
